Bishops Finger 5.0% ABV
Fashioned on a firm, fruity foundation of Crystal malt, this rich, ruby-coloured Kent classic belies its burly appearance with a complexity of flavour. Mouth-filling fruit – prunes, plums and dried apricot – spiked with palate-prickling pepper, cinnamon and a soft bitter blood-orange finish.
Kent's Best - 4.1% abv:
An ambient bitter, which successfully merges the biscuity sweet of English malt with the fruity, floral bitterness of locally grown hops from the Kent countryside, to give a clean, satisfying and moreish drink (to quaff, effortlessly, among friends).

Amber Ale - 4.5% ABV:
A golden brown ale with a fruity aroma and zesty citrus, complementing the full malty palate.
Christmas Ale - 5% abv:

A full bodied, warming winter ale. Light in colour, using the very best malt and hops to produce a truly special beer.
Original Porter - 4.8% abv:
Original Porter is a rich dark beer, with an aroma of oranges and dark chocolate. It is a warming, silky smooth ale having full flavoured roasted tones emanating from the malt as well as an underlying liquorice note. The fruity spiciness of this traditional ale comes from locally grown Kentish hops. From December to February, subject to availability.
Early Bird - 4.3% abv:
Light, malty and smooth flavours provide a platform for the full floral spring-like aromas. Spicy early season Kentish hops pervade the rich light fruits of this seasonal ale. From March to May, subject to availability.
Whitstable Bay Cask - 4.1%abv.
A pale, golden ale, with a distinctive fresh hoppy, orange-citrus nose with hints of vanilla. A cleansing, refreshing, zesty citrus bite balanced with satisfying biscuity notes. This ale has a classic Kentish fresh hop bitterness - ideal for summer drinking. From June to August, subject to availability.
Late Red - 4.5% abv:
A deep sweetness combining burnt notes with toffee and honey characterise this Autumn ale. The fresh water from the Brewery’s Well balances the Cascade hops, specially grown in Kent, with their resinous note of Autumn leaves. From September to November, subject to availability.

Oranjeboom Pilsener - 4.1% abv:
An elegant, full bodied lager, which balances a slight
toffee maltiness, with an apple-like fruitiness and a lingering hoppy finish. Brewing Industry International Awards 2002 Gold Medal Winner
Hurlimann Export Bier - 4.8% abv:
A clean, tingling lager, with plenty of body, a hint of orange zest amongst its complex hop character, and a moreish finish. Brewing Industry International Awards 2002 Bronze Medal Winner.
